Laura Poikolainen on käynyt tanssiopintonsa Helsingin tanssiopistossa sekä Kansallisoopperan balettioppilaitoksessa. Pedagogiset oppinsa hän sai Savonia ammattikorkeakoulussa (tanssinopettaja amk 2010) sekä Teatterikorkeakoulun tanssi- ja teatteripedagogiikan laitokselta (tanssitaiteen maisteri 2012). Laura opettaa Helsingin tanssiopistossa eri tasoisia balettioppilaita nuorista aikuisiin.

Opetuksessaan Laura keskittyy lantion maljan neutraaliin asentoon, toiminnalliseen aukikiertoon ja ylipäätään kehon kokonaisvaltaiseen toiminnallisuuteen musikaalisuutta unohtamatta. Tangossa edetään suhteellisen yksinkertaisilla sarjoilla ja keskilattialla pyritään nauttimaan liikkeestä.

Laura Poikolainen has completed her dance studies at the Helsinki Dance Institute and at the National Opera's ballet school. Her pedagogical competense comes from Savonia University of Applied Sciences (dance teacher 2010) and from the Department of Dance and Theater Pedagogy of the University of the Arts (Master of Arts in Dance 2012). Laura teaches at Helsinki Dance Institute.

In her teaching, Laura focuses on the neutral position of the pelvis, functional turn out and overall body functionality without forgetting musicality. The class begins with relatively simple combinations, progressing with more dancey combinations in the center.

Suomen Kansallisbaletissa (1993-2016) balettitanssijan uransa tehnyt ANANDAH KONONEN on myös koreografi ja ammatillinen opettaja. Nykyään työskentelee Helsingin tanssiopiston Erikoiskoulutus Ylimmän luokan toisena baletin vastuuopettajana, sekä SM- ja MM-tason muodostelmajoukkueiden vakituisena baletinopettajana HTK:ssa ja Kaarinan taitoluistelijoissa. Anandah'n balettitunneilla Tanssille ry:ssä keskitytään työstämään omia vahvuuksia paremmiksi. Baletille tyypillinen jalkojen aukikierron oikeaoppinen työstäminen on vain osa kokonaisuutta. Tanssi on kokonaisvaltaista kehon ja mielen hallitsemista sekä tanssillista illuusion luomista. Näitä asioita painotetaan kronologisesti etenevillä tunneilla, jossa tulee vähän hiki!

Maria Beseghi is an Italian professional dancer who has been working in the field of dance as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer. At the age of 16, she moved from her home country to pursue a professional dance education in Munich, Germany at the "Hochschule fur Musik und Theater". There she completed her dance education and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Art degree.

Straight after her graduation from Munich, she started working as a full-time professional dancer in various companies in Europe: 2010–2012 Finnish National Ballet, 2012–2013 Zurich Ballet (Switzerland), 2013–2014 Northern Ballet (England), 2014–2015 Staatsoper Hannover (Germany), and 2015-2018 again the Finnish National Ballet.

She had the chance to dance classical ballets as well as modern and neoclassical productions from internationally recognized choreographers (among others Nacho Duato, Aleksander Ekman, Natalia Horecna, Christian Spuck, Mauro Bigonzetti). In autumn 2018 she started to work as a dance teacher in Finland, teaching both at amateur and professional level, as well as a freelance dancer.

My classes are challenging in consideration with the needs of the dancers, with understanding how to be in best help for keeping in good shape and developing the individual qualities. I am using my long experience as a professional ballet dancer and my Master's degree in Ballet pedagogy in the traditions of Vaganova methodology with the knowledge trough the years working in many different styles with many different teachers and choreographers.
