Raekallio Corp. x Tanssille ry: Tommi Kitin repertuaari WORKSHOP VOL3

Tommi Kitin repertuaariin syventyvä kurssi on täällä taas! Toukokuussa järjestetään neljän treenikerran työpaja, ohjaajina Eero Vesterinen ja Unna Kitti. 

Työpajassa keskitytään nykytanssin mestarin Tommi Kitin legendaariseen Asetelma neljälle tanssijalle -teokseen. Tunneilla tullaan korostamaan Kitin liikekielelle ominaisia laatuja. Tarkan liikkeen muodon kopioimisen sijaan etsitään liikkeen periaatteita: rytmejä, pudotuksia, painonvaihtoja ja aksentteja. Jokainen tanssija etsii nämä omanlaisinaan omasta kehostaan.

Tommi Kitti's repertoire WORKSHOP VOL3 Raekallio Corp. x Tanssille ry

A course delving into Tommi Kitti's repertoire is here again! In May there will be a four-part workshop led by Tommi Kitti's movement experts Eero Vesterinen and Unna Kitti. The course will focus on contemporary dance master Tommi Kitti's legendary piece "Asetelma neljälle tanssijalle". The workshop will emphasize the qualities of Kitti's movement language. Instead of copying the exact form of movement, we will look for the principles of movement: rhythms, falls, weight changes and accents. Each dancer looks for these in their own way, from their own body.
